When is my invoice balance due?
The due date for your invoice balance depends on your billing cycle. You can always log in to My Account to find the due date for your current invoice. Your invoice is posted to your My Account approximately 4 days after your billing cycle ends.
- The due date for your invoice balance is generally 19 days from when the invoice is mailed.
- AutoPay accounts are charged on the due date of their invoice.

How do I check my invoice balance by text message?
Open your messaging app, start a new message, and enter 38882821 in the “To” field. Text #BALANCE and send to instantly receive your current balance, payment due date, and when your next invoice will be available. It doesn’t matter if you use uppercase, lowercase, or a combination.
