Are my monthly fees prorated?

When you start service, we will prorate your data. While you pay less for that short month, it also means that your data is reduced for that month as well. You may want to watch your usage carefully to make sure you don’t exceed your plan.

If you are starting service, your second invoice will show the full monthly charge and services. Remember, you can check your current usage or change your plan any time. Just log in to My Account or use our My CC app on your smartphone. You can always call our Customer Support at (888) 766-2450 as well.

Important: We do not prorate or refund any charges on your final invoice if you cancel before your billing cycle ends. You will continue to have access to your services until the end of your billing cycle, unless you transfer your number to another carrier prior to that date.
