How do I get quick text help for basic account questions?

We’ve launched a new self-help option so you can get what you need faster than ever, without having to call or go into a store for help.

Here’s how it works:

  • Start a New Message from your texting/messaging app
  • In the To field, type this number: 38882821
  • Then, type any of the following commands as your message for instant help, and hit Send:

#USAGE Get the current data usage on your account

#PLAN Get your plan details, like amount of data used

#BALANCE Get the current balance on your account and payment due date, as well as when the next invoice will be available

#STORE All retail store locations near you, including big box stores

#CCSTORE All Consumer Cellular store locations near you

#HELP Links you to our FAQ page for more help

#PAYHISTORY Get the date and amounts of your last 3 payments. In addition, the current balance on your account and payment due date, as well as when the next invoice will be available

And, it doesn’t matter if you use uppercase, lowercase, or a combination. Just make sure you use the correct command, with the hashtag.
