How do I check my voicemail?

You can check your voicemail from your cellphone or from another phone. Please remember that checking your voicemail on your cellphone uses minutes from your plan.

Every phone is different, but in general, you can check your voicemail by following the steps below.

Checking voicemail from your cellphone (uses minutes from your plan):

1. Press and hold 1
2. Enter your password
3. Follow the voice prompts

Checking voicemail from another phone (does not use minutes from your plan):

1. Dial your 10-digit cellphone number
2. Press * (star) when you hear your personal greeting
3. Enter your password
4. Follow the voice prompts

Time-Saving Tips: While listening to a message, you can:

• Press 5 to check time/date of message
• Press 6 to play message faster
• Press 4 to play message slower
• Press 3 to fast-forward
• Press 33 to fast-forward to the end
• Press 1 to rewind
• Press 11 to rewind to beginning
• Press # to skip to next message
• Press 337 to erase message quickly
• Press 339 to save message quickly

After listening to a message, you can:

• Press 9 to save message
• Press 7 to erase message
• Press 5 to check date/time of message
• Press 0 to get help/more information

To remove/turn the voicemail passcode on or off:

1. From your keypad, press and hold 1, then enter your voicemail password.
2. Press # to skip to the Main menu if you have messages.
3. Press 4 for Personal options, then 2 for Administrative options.
4. Press 1 for Password options, then 2 to Turn password on or off.
5. Follow the prompts to complete your change.
