What is your risk-free guarantee?
When we say "Risk-Free" we mean it. As a new Consumer Cellular customer, if you're not completely satisfied with our wireless service, within 30 days of activation (data use limited to 500MB), simply cancel and pay nothing except for any third-party charges and device upgrade fees. It's completely hassle-free! Monthly service charges and network activation fees are credited back to your payment method when you cancel your service within the risk-free guarantee period.
For certain active member affiliations, like AARP and USAA, new Consumer Cellular customers receive an extended 45-day risk-free guarantee period.
