What if I want to return my device?
With our 100% Risk-Free Guarantee, as a new Consumer Cellular customer, you can cancel your service and return your phone within 30 days (data use is limited to 500MB) of activation of your service and pay nothing except for any third-party charges and device upgrade fees. Monthly service charges and network activation fees are credited back to your payment method when you cancel your service within the risk-free guarantee period. We’ll even send you a mailing label so you can ship the phone back for free. Once your phone is received, you can expect a credit to post to your credit card account within 10 business days.
If you are an AARP member, you receive an extended Risk-Free Guarantee of 45 days (data use also limited to 500MB.)
