Can I bring in my own phone?

Your phone needs either a SIM card or an eSIM to work with our service. Ensure your phone is unlocked and GSM-compatible. If you need a physical SIM, our cards work best with phones previously used on AT&T. Activation is quick, with no fees. For an eSIM, simply scan the provided QR code to activate. *Devices older than 2017 may not be compatible with Consumer Cellular.
