How does Asurion Trade-in Work?

Our Customer Service team will ask you a few basic questions about your device to determine an offer estimate. Asurion will then provide prepaid shipping options to send your device in. Once your device is received, the device will be inspected to verify the description you provided. After inspection, you will receive your credit or a notice to accept or decline a revised offer.
