How will I receive my credit?

  • If your new Consumer Cellular device was purchased with a credit or debit card, you will receive a partial refund equal to the amount of your trade-in value.
  • If your new Consumer Cellular device was financed, you will receive a bill credit toward your remaining balance owed.
