Why did my trade-in offer change?

Upon receipt, Asurion inspects your device. If your device doesn't match the make/model or condition information you provided or if it was received after 21 days, your trade-in offer may change. If your offer is revised, you will be notified via email and you will have 14 days to accept or reject the revision.
