How to check data usage on your Android

Go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > App data usage. Select your date range to view app data usage.

Your total data usage is at the top and then you can scroll down to see how much data each app has used. The apps that have used the most data are shown at the top. Turn off any apps you think are using too much data.
