By submitting photos (“Submissions”) to Consumer Cellular, Incorporated (“CCI”) you hereby grant to CCI, its agents, and others working for them or on their behalf, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Permitted Parties”), the right and permission (but not the obligation) to use the Submissions as the Permitted Parties so choose, combined with any material the Permitted Parties so choose, in an unlimited number of advertising, marketing, promotional and other materials (collectively, the “Materials”), which Materials may be used in any manner, venue or media (whether now known or hereafter devised), in any format, anywhere in the world, in perpetuity, for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising and trade in connection with Client and its products and services.

You hereby irrevocably waive any and all so-called moral rights you may have in the Materials and agree that you shall have no right to inspect and approve in the Materials. You hereby forever release, discharge and hold harmless the Permitted Parties from and against any and all claims (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) related to or arising out of Submissions or the Materials. You agree that you shall not be entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief or to enjoin or restrain the distribution, exhibition, advertising, or any other exploitation of the Submissions or Materials for any reason.
